Credit card

We accept the following credit cards, including prepaid and rechargeable cards: Visa, Mastercard, Diners, American Express, Carta Aura.

When paying by credit card, no supplement will be charged.

For all credit cards it is necessary to enter the CVV2 code. For Visa, Mastercard and Diners credit cards the CVV2 corresponds to the last 3 digits found on the back of the card, while for Amex credit cards the code is 4 digits and is found on the front of the credit card

Please note It may happen that, after entering the credit card data and the CVV2, an additional code or some specific data is also requested. This is because some banking institutions require a specific procedure to enable the use of credit cards online. To find out how to enable your credit card for online purchases or to find the code to enter, you must contact your bank directly.

When the credit card details are entered, only the authorization to spend on the credit card is requested from the bank. In some cases, banks notify the customer by sending an SMS. Receipt of the SMS is NOT indicative of the card charge but only of the blocking of the ceiling.

The actual debit on the credit card occurs only when the products are ready for shipment and is confirmed with the shipping confirmation email. CAT SRL confirms the shipment by sending a text message and an email to the addresses indicated by the Customer during the online purchase procedure.

Bank transfer

upon completion of the order you will receive an e-mail with the IBAN to be used to make the transfer.
The products will be reserved for you only when we have received the credit transfer.
It is possible to make purchases with cash on delivery only in Italy. The cash on delivery service costs € 6.00.

SECURE PAYMENTS AND DATA PROTECTION

By purchasing on shop.catsrl.it, the information (credit card number, expiration date, security code and other personal data) will be managed directly by the bank in charge of the payment transaction (Paypal or other credit institutions present at checkout) via encrypted protocol, to ensure maximum security. CAT SRL or other subjects will never have access to it.
